Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, earrings and nose rings are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons

To complete your return, we require your order number/proof of purchase. You can email us at with the request and order number and we will try to get back to you ASAP.

Any item damaged/not in its original condition or that has missing parts, you cannot be refunded for.

Once we have received and checked your returned items, you will receive an email from us whether the return has been approved or rejected and our reasons for the decision. Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your form of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as processing refunds could take time. The next step is to contact your bank as they could give you some clarity on the processing time. If you still have not received your refund after all this, please contact us at
