Manufacturing Warranty: All our pieces come with a one-year manufacturing warranty. We'll happily replace any flawed items, like broken chains or missing stones, at no extra cost within one year from your purchase date. Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use or care of the product, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or discolouration due to exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive surfaces.
